- Your name, position and company / organisation
- Your mobile phone number
- Company / Organisation authorisation (Purchase Order or email approval to admin@joycekrane.com from authorised person)
- Contact person on site (Name & Mobile Number)
- Exact location of the emergency site
- Nature of the emergency (ie: Road Accident, Structure Collapse etc)
- Description of lift required plus estimated weight
- Any hazards present (ie: Power lines, Chemicals etc)
- If possible, send photos to assist crane and lifting equipment selection
